The MERKUR 11 INOX razor series is the original version of the two-piece safety razor from the 1920s. Crafted from satin-finished stainless steel, the 11 INOX is also sophisticated: few other safety razors can match the smooth and gentle shave this classic provides. In the MERKUR 1896 edition, the razor comes with a leather case and razor blades in a gift box.
A safety razor with an open comb is the original version of the classic safety razor. The blade rests securely on the 11 teeth without wobbling. The space between the teeth allows soap and hair to drain away, ensuring thorough cleaning and a hygienic shave.
